Exercise Classes
The Island Community Center has partnered with local fitness instructors to offer the following group exercise classes. Class fees may apply and are handled directly by the class instructor.

Senior Exercise
Thursdays, 11am | Cafe
Join instructor Kathy O’Rourke for 40 minutes of breathing, movement, and stretching. This class is specifically geared towards aging residents of most activity levels. Accommodations can be made for those who need to sit for the duration.
Fitness Center
The Island Community Center is pleased to offer membership to our Fitness Center, open daily for your exercise needs. We have cardio equipment and free weights, accessible to members from 5am – 9pm. Drop-in rates are available during staffed hours.
