Café & Kitchen

Café & Kitchen

$20+ / hour

The Café provides a gathering space with access to the kitchen for lunch, coffee, etc. The Café also includes a fully-licensed commercial kitchen for cooking or baking needs (+$10/hour charge applied for use of the kitchen). Some additional kitchen equipment can also be rented.

Greenlaw Room

Greenlaw Room

$20 / hour

The Greenlaw Room provides beautiful light for meetings, workshops, or classes. It comes equipped with a chalkboard and ROKU television for presenting. The space is also perfect for smaller receptions and parties.

Gymnasium

Gymnasium

$35 / hour

The Gymnasium is regularly reserved for birthday parties, graduations, memorials,  and other large events. Tables and chairs are available, and a bounce house (ages 5 and under) can be rented. The gym is also reserved by many families who want to secure an indoor space for kids to play.

Our Fitness Center is available by membership only to meet your exercise needs.

Drop-in rates

The Café, Greenlaw Room, and Gymnasium are available for walk-in use. The suggested donation is $3 per person. We welcome drop-in visits during normal office hours. However, certain rooms may not be available if programs or private events are occupying the space. To guarantee access to a space, you must reserve the room.

The Fitness Center drop-in rate is $8 for residents and $10 for non-residents.

Long-term Rentals

The Island Community Center is happy to provide commercial rentals to the year-round community. At this time, our rentals are fully occupied. Check back for future availability.
