Stonington 6 Road Race
Annual Race
Celebrate the Fourth of July and support the Island Community Center during the annual Stonington 6 road race. The Stonington 6 departs from the Community Center parking lot on the morning of July 4th. Participants will run/walk/stroll through a 10-kilometer (6.2-mile) course. A one-mile “Fun Run” is also offered and great for younger or older participants. Registration includes a t-shirt and benefits the Island Community Center.

Registration deadline: Tuesday, June 27
Pick-up deadline: Friday, June 30
Race t-shirts and bib numbers must be picked up from the Island Community Center by the Friday before the race. Drop in during regular business hours, visit us at the Farmer’s Market every Friday, or contact us to make special arrangements.

In 2021, we began offering a “run from where you are” option. Participants can register, set a goal, choose a route, and join in the fun! Share your success with the hashtag #Stonington6 or #Stonington600. We have the ability to ship t-shirts to virtual racers. Be sure to select the shipping option during registration.
